 Pascale Judet was born in France in 1946, and presently lives on Vashon Island in Puget Sound. She graduated from the Sorbonne in 1968, and continued her studies in philosophy at the University of California at Berkeley. She turned to art in the early seventies. Her work in other media (book binding and design, and mixed media constructions) has been shown at the San Francisco Museum of Art, and Mills College in Oakland California, among other venues. Her work was in a two person show at the Davidson Galleries in Seattle in August 1991, and in a one person show at Vashon Allied Arts in November of that year. Since 1994, she has participated in invitational shows at the Alianza Gallery in Boston at the Nancy Margolis Gallery in Portland, Maine. Her painted mixed media constructions are in galleries throughout the United States. |
